We have been able to match customer demand hence customer delight.
In maintenance for example, we have four areas that we have focused on that has made us where are today; autonomous maintenance, daily machine checks, innovations/improvements and preventive maintenance; which is done with a team of 6 personnel at scheduled times. Initially, we started with machine availability of 40% with a lot of challenges faced which we have since come over and gradually improved by 47% to date.
