Steps to creating an effective maintenance plan;

 

1. Detail the work that you’ll need to do on each asset
2. Schedule the work; Use a dating frequency, running hours, or measures that will provide insight into the condition of an asset

• Assign number of workers or contractors depending on the estimated working hours

1. Make available needed spare parts.

 

We take maintenance department as a technical department which provides answers to problems concerned with the selection of specific components parts of a system for maintenance, decision regarding the specific forms of maintenance to be used, a choice between internal and external maintenance and a further choice between centralized and decentralized maintenance.

 

We have a Research & Development committee in place for innovative and methodical work to increase the stock of knowledge in the highly competitive market. Through R&D we solve our process problem and continuance improvement on existing product and of course new design development for the new customer or new market.
