In Blowplast, the human resource department focuses on creating, implementing, and monitoring policies that manage the relationship between the organization and its employees. Doing this enhances the objective and mission of our company and culture.

Our Human Resource slogan is ‘Excellent People in Business’.

As a department, we improve the mission and vision of Blowplast to meet the required parameters using the following inputs:-

• Recruitment and Selection-During hiring, we look for employees who fit and align with the culture of the company. This way, they are happier, stay longer, and are more productive. We also ensure that we continue to maintain the company’s commitment by providing equal opportunities to employees.
• Performance Management- Our performance management system recognizes and rewards excellent, creative, and innovative employees. In addition to ensuring that people are working efficiently towards congruent company goals, these systems support leaders in working their way up for peak performance.
• Learning and Development- Training at Blowplast enables employees to perform better, increase service efficiencies, improve productivity, and increase competence. Pieces of training eventually help the company gain and retain top talent through increased job satisfaction and morale.
• Succession Planning-As a department, we make sure that Blowplast always has the right leaders in place should a change happen quickly, and for the business to continue running smoothly. We believe that an orderly plan for succession is essential for the company to adapt immediately should a key player leave the company.
• Compensation and Benefits- Human resource department at Blowplast also ensures that there is an insurance policy to cover the premises and employees from work-related injuries. The organization also awards its employees based on their performance and encourages them to be successful in everything they do. These compensations and benefits keep the workforce motivated to achieve more.
• Talent Management-In Blowplast, the human resource department also organizes activities that make employees feel valued, and motivated while nurturing their talents. These activities include football, Kaizen training, Karoga, beauty contest, aerobics, cultural day, and others. Through such activities, employees are motivated, skilled, and engaged, enabling them to work toward the company’s objectives, which in turn boosts customer satisfaction and corporate performance.

Last but not least, the human resource department aims at creating a conducive environment for all Blowplast staff while advocating for their rights and presenting their grievances.

It also makes sure that all employees get paid on time thus motivating employees to perform better.
